Schools and higher education establishments

far° works in schools, both primary and secondary, and in higher education establishments. The aim is to offer pupils and students an experiential approach to the performing arts. These initiatives take the form of workshops, discussions, or the presence of an artist who is invited from time to time to take part in the visual arts courses in order to present his or her practice and work with the students. While these invitations can sometimes give rise to concrete projects, their main aim is to highlight artistic disciplines that are rarely mentioned in school curricula.

2023

Anne-Lise Tacheron gave three workshops in autumn 2023 in a class at the Gymnase de Nyon. She invited the pupils to create living sculptures, at the crossroads of art history, visual arts and performance, while reflecting on the notion of cultural reference. Working in small groups, the students created living paintings inspired by well-known images.
